<p> A lot of users have experienced that they can only have one
version of Matlab installed (and referenced in the environment
path) in order for Type155 to communicate properly. You might need
to uninstall 2018 in order to use 2022. If you want to use the
2022a version you'll need the Type155.dll file that goes with that
version. I will send you a link to the files in a second email.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I was using MatLab2018b with type155. I had
to install Matlab2022a, but even though I left on my computer
the 2018 version, TRNSYS gives me an error saying “unable to
start the Matlab Engine”. Everything (like environmental
variables, etc) have remain the same, but TRNSYS picks
Matlab2022a to start the Matlab engine. I wanted to ask if a
new DLL is available for Matlab2022a, or if there is a way to
fix this error.<o:p></o:p></p>
