So if you have more than one in-/output in your system, I would suggest you mix the different massflows outside of the pond model and enter the resulting total massflow through one input together. </span></p>

you know the amount of precipitation per hour and its temperature and the total mass in your pond stays the same, you could proceed in the same way as described above, adding the additional amount of cold water from precipitation to your overall massflow.</span></p>
