<p> In addition to Jeff's comment about adding piping and making
sure that you have a short timestep, the layout of the components
looks correct; do make sure that the thermostat's "conditioning
signal" output is connected to the liquid pumps so that there is
flow only when there is active heating. <br>
</p>
<p> The next step in debugging the simulation is to put in some
Type65s (online plotters) and plot the mass flow and temperature
of the liquid leaving each of the components in the loops of your
system. This will tell you whether the system is operating as
intended and just doesn't have enough capacity to keep the
building up to temperature or if perhaps there is an incorrect
connection somewhere among the components.</p>

Without seeing your project my first guess is that you don't
have <br>
anything turning the pumps on; the thermostat is only
connected to the <br>
heat pump.<br>

Beyond that, PLEASE add some pipes between the components and
make sure <br>
you are operating at reasonable time steps - 5 minutes or so.<br>
