<p> I would recommend looking in the Type15 documentation for the
algorithm that is used to compute that value. It is meant to be
the temperature of water being distributed to a building by a
utility, not the temperature of a nearby open water source.</p>

I need the surface temperature of the seawater, however, I just
found the mains water temperature in TYPE 15-6. I am writing to

underground water temperature or nearby reservoirs/lake
temperature? </span></div>
