I linked the upper input Temp.(Th) to outlet of the boiler, linked the lower input Temp.(TL) to the return flow from the tank to the boiler. for monitoring Temp.
Sherif,

There are a number of examples in the
.\Trnsys18\Examples\HVACTemplates\ folder that will give you some
ideas about how to implement control of HVAC systems. Have a look
at the 10-Examples.pdf documentation in parallel with those
examples. I don't think that any of them have a radiant floor in
them but the principals are the same.

You might also have a look at the example:

.\Trnsys18\Examples\Feedback Control\SunSpace - Floor heating PID
controller.tpf

Its controls are possibly more complicated than the ones in your
case but it will show how to do the system-level connections
between Type56's active layers and the HVAC system.

kind regards,

I need help in some controls on radiant cooling and heating
system model like type 165 to control either boiler for
heating system or control building temperatures, also need to
control on different components for the cooling system to work
uniformly according to season if summer cooling system work
and if winter will work the heating system and so on . I have
problems in PPD and PMV for building through all year. if
anyone would help or have an example model for how I can set
these controllers in two systems?
