I think the problem with your file is that the basement ceiling is
a single surface that does not correspond to (ie is not the same
size and shape as) the floors of the zones above. Like we did with
the other case, you have to draw lines on the basement ceiling that
correspond to each of the floor plates of the zones above. Since you
have 14 zones that make up the floor above, your basement ceiling
needs to be cut into 14 pieces.
