<p> Type99 makes some assumptions about the nature of the data that
you've got and at times you need access to certain additional
parameters that it has built-in. I would recommend that instead of
Type99, you use a combination of Type9 (data reader) and Type16
(solar radiation processor). <br>
</p>
<p> As a side note, when using Type16 make sure that you set the
"start day of simulation" parameter correctly.</p>

<div>Doing the solar geometry calculations by hand, the Type15
is spot-on, but clearly the Type99 isn't. In both types I
am specifying Tracking Mode 3 and both the slope and azimuth
of the surface is set as zero for tracking along a N-S axis
with no slope.<br>
