<p> My colleague just wrote a steam accumulator model a few months
ago. It is a planned addition to a new version of the TESS
Libraries but could be sold as an individual model if you need it
right away. <br>
</p>
<p>You may be able to model the air cooled condenser using some
models from either the TESS CHP or HVAC library. <br>
</p>
