<p> I seem to recall that NREL offered an update to their
originally proposed algorithm. I suspect that we updated the code
but not the documentation. I will see if I can find the updated
reference for you.</p>

Type15 code is not consistent with the documentation nor

term based on the annual average global horizontal
irradiance (annual_ave_I) that is not mentioned anywhere.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
