<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">But the equation in the Type15 code is not consistent with the documentation nor the references.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Especially, there is a term based on the annual average global horizontal irradiance (annual_ave_I) that is not mentioned anywhere.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
