If you want to consider the Earth to air heat exchanger as a ventilation system, you should just go the TRNBuild file, define a ventilation regime and create inputs for type 56 (ex: airflow, Temperature, humidity) and then connect the outputs from the Earth to air heat exchanger to these inputs.
