<p> I seem to recall from awhile ago that there can be a conflict
between the EnergyPlus OpenStudio and Trnsys3d. I would recommend
trying to either disable or uninstall the E+ OpenStudio then try
to install Trnsys3d and see if that resolves the problem. The
other thing to make sure of (and I suspect you already did) is
that the correct version of SketchUp is selected in the Trnsys3d
installer.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I JUST UPDATE TO THE TRNSYS18 VERSION, AND
I AM EXPERIENCING A PROBLEM IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE
TRNSYS3D PLUGIN IN SKETCHUP. IN PARTICULAR THE TRNSYS3D TOOLS
(PLUGIN) DON’T APPEAR WHEN I OPEN THE SKETCHUP, EVEN AFTER TRY
SEVERAL TIMES INSTALLING THE T3d_setup.exe PROVIDED IN THE
FOLDER. AM I MISSING SOMETHING?, I’VE BEEN LOOKING BUT THERE
IS NO OTHER WAY ROUND TO INSTALL IT (FOR INSTANCE USING A .RBZ
FILE).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I TRIED IN VERSIONS SKETCHUP 17 AND 15
(BOTH MAKE VERSIONS) WITHOUT SUCCESS.

<p class="MsoNormal">PD. I AM ALSO AN ENERGYPLUS USER AN EUCLID
(NEW OPENSTUDIO LEGACY) WAS INSTALLED IN THE SKETCHUP17
VERSION, DON’T KNOW IF IT COULD INTERFERE, DON’T THINK SO AS
IN THE SKETCHUP15 (WITHOUT EUCLID PLUGIN) I EXPERIENCED THE
SAME PROBLEM.<o:p></o:p></p>
