<p> I would guess that you selected the "formatted output" version
of Type46 (46d, 46e, or 46f) and that the number of values that
you are trying to integrate and print does not match the
formatting statement that is in the 3rd "special cards" field.
Setting up the syntax for those formatting statements can be
tricky so I would recommend that you use the "unformatted" version
of Type46 instead.</p>
<p>If you are already using the unformatted version then perhaps the
value of the number of labels in the 1st special cards field does
not match the number of items that you are integrating or the
actual number of labels in the 2nd special cards field is not the
same as the number of values that you are integrating. <br>
