<p> The STEC library was developed and then donated to the TRNSYS
community by v16 users. We still make it available as-is to users
who request it. It is compiled in 32-bit form which means that it
will work with the 32-bit version of Trnsys18 but not with the
more standard 64-bit version of Trnsys18. <br>
