<div>Many manufacturers supply this data for their heat pump products - you just have to look for it on their web sites. Your other option is to purchase the TESS HVAC Library which has a set of normalized data files where you just have to enter a few common parameters like COP and capacity.</div>

<p>The device you are referring to is called an air source heat pump within the TRNSYS environment. There are models in the standard HVAC library as well within the TESS HVAC Library for TRNSYS. Both rely on a catalog data look up approach based on indoor and outdoor conditions.</p>
