<p> It is hard to know what might be happening. The behavior that
you describe is certainly not "normal"</p>
<p> The reason the other versions of SketchUp do not work is that
you need to make sure that the Trnsys3d plugin installer matches
your version of SketchUp. If you need a plugin installer for a
different version of SketchUp please contact your TRNSYS
distributor.</p>
<p> I do not know if this will solve the problem but the two most
important things to remember about Trnsys3d are as follows:</p>
<p> 1. When you draw items in the plugin make certain that you have
a thermal zone selected and activated. You can tell a zone is
active because the color of the other zones will look faded and
there will be a dotted box showing the extents of the active zone.</p>
<p> 3. when you save, make sure that you use the plugin's "save"
tool and not SketchUp's save. <br>
