<p> The STEC Library was written by TRNSYS users quite some years
ago. When their research moved into other areas, they donated the
STEC Library to the TRNSYS community. We provide it upon request
but we are not able to provide any technical support on its use.
It is provided "as is."</p>
<p>I will send you a second email containing the download
