    <p> Yes, you are correct about the way to deal with the non existent
      "ceiling" between the first and second floors of the atrium.
      Designate them as virtual surfaces and then in TRNBuild you'll add
      the two air nodes together (atrium_1 and atrium_2) into a single
      radiation zone.</p>
    <p> For the pyramid structure of the building, you'll need to draw a
      line in SketchUp/Trnsys3D that separates the horizontal surface at
      the top of the first floor into the portion that is a ceiling (and
      is adjacent to the second floor) and the part that is a roof (and
      does not share any adjacencies.)</p>
