<p>Harsh,</p>
<p> The proforma is created from the Simulation Studio. To make
one, select "new" from the "file" menu and select "new component"</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p> Basically what you need to do is specify the Type number on the
first tab and then the parameters, inputs, and outputs, on the
third tab. Hopefully you have a list of what the required
parameters, inputs, and outputs are.</p>
