</div><div dir="ltr">My name is Wang Xuewei. I am a graduate student of Professor Hou Hongjuan at North China Electric Power University. Professor Hou is a registered user of TRNSYS. On behalf of Professor Hou, I' d like to ask you a few questions, if you don' t mind.<br>
</div><div dir="ltr">We have built a coal-fired power plant model in the use of STEC library, found that the preheater type317 has some problems, because the required steam mass flow to bring feed water can not match up to the the actual steam flow .So we looked at the type317 sourcecode and found some problems. We think its calculation principle is wrong, the detailed proof procedure is attached.<br>
</div><div dir="ltr">We tried to modify the type317 program and generate the DLL file, but failed, so we would like to ask you to help modify it, to facilitate more users using it for research. In addition, we would like to ask you how to upgrade to trnsys18.<br>
