<p>Make sure that the path to your weather file is a full path and
not a relative path (meaning the path name should start with the
drive letter). Also make sure that there is not a data file of 0KB
size in the location that the path indicates. If you are still
having trouble, please send the *.lst file to your distributor and
they can get some more information from it in order to solve the
problem.<br>
