<p>Ahmad,</p>
<p> The layers in the Simulation Studio are managed from the "File"
menu under the "Settings" item and the "Project" tab.</p>
<p> Components can be "sent" to a given layer by right clicking on
the component and selecting the appropriate item from the context
menu. Components can exist on more than one layer.</p>
