In TRNBuild when you define an ADJACENT wall you'll note that the
wall appears in two zones and that in the zone window there is a
radio button with "front" and "back" options. If you open the wall
manager you'll note that the materials are defined from "front" to
"back" in the materials list. If you define a wall that has two
layers (plaster and concrete) then note which material is listed
first. This is the "front" of the wall. Go to the zone manager
window and make sure that the appropriate zone contains the
"front" of the wall. The wall thickness is not automatically
doubled.
