Niket,

Your attachment does not seem to have come through with your
email. If you want to see the building's response ONLY to the
ambient temperature then you'll need to open the building file
(*.b17) in TRNBuild and change the radiation calculation method
from "internal" to "external by another component." To do so,
navigate in TRNBuild to the "project" window and you'll see a list
of "orientations." Click on each orientation and change from
internal to external. Once you have saved the *.b17 file, return
to the Studio, right click on the Type56 and select "update
building variable list" from the context menu. Now when you open
the building inputs, you'll see that there are three new inputs
for each orientation (total solar, beam solar, and angle of
incidence). Remember that any input whose value is not connected
will remain constant at the given initial value. Set the initial
value of all solar radiation inputs (as well as that of solar
zenith and azimuth angles) to zero but leave the dry bulb
temperature connection from Type15 to Type56 and your building
will be subject only to an ambient temperature.

kind regards,
