<p>It is unlikely that you have installed the GenOpt program in the C:\Trnsys17\Optimization directory. You need to set this directory to the one that you had GenOpt install its files into.</p>
<p>The main TRNSYS directory is the where the TRNSYS files are located and not where your project file is saved. I would guess that yours should be set to C:\Trnsys17.</p>
<p>All of these are covered in the TrnOpt manual. I suggest that you work through the example project first before starting your own optimization.</p>
