<p>The STEC library will work in TRNSYS 17. You need to copy the STECdll.dll file into your TRNSYS17\UserLib\ReleaseDLLs folder and the STEC Library folder into your Trnsys17\Studio\Proformas folder. Then when you start up Simulation Studio the STEC components will be available in the component tree.</p>
