There is a diesel engine generator component available in
the standard TRNSYS library (Type120). There is a
different model of an internal combustion engine in the
TESS CHP library (which is an add-on to the standard
package). I am not sure what (specifically) you mean by a
heat generator. There are quite a few TRNSYS components
that simulate devices that generate heat.<br>
