<div>Automation of a Runtable</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I’m working on a TRNSYS simulation that is executed several times with a different parameter. Therefore I created a Parametric table in TRNEdit with the function Parametrics/New Table and filled in the different values of my parameter. With the function TRNSYS/run table I start the different simulations. This part works fine.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>To ease the handling of the simulations I would like to start the simulation without launching TRNEdit and without filling in the values of the constant in the parametric table. My aim is to replace the function “run table” with a program/function that starts the simulations from outside. I thought of a batch-file based solution or an Excel-Makro, where the value of the constant is overwritten in the Input-file.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>To illustrate my problem more closely:</div>
<div>This is a Simulation for a cooling load calculation based on the German guideline VDI 2078. In this guideline the cooling load is calculated separate for each month from April to September with an own simulation. I changed this parameter “month” with the “run table”-function. There are no other changes in the input-file of the simulations.</div>

<div>Has anybody worked out a familiar project and can give me a hint?</div>
