Sakami,<br>
Type49 cannot be used for basements. There are a number of
basement models in the TESS Ground Coupling library. Type1267
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://trnsys.com/tess-libraries/individual-components.php">http://trnsys.com/tess-libraries/individual-components.php</a>) could
also be used but may be more complex than you need.<br>
