Sihem,<br>
You might try opening TRNBuild directly
(..\Trnsys17\Building\TRNBuild.exe) and then select "Open" from the
"File" menu and find the *.b17 file used by your project. Simply
resave the *.b17 file with the newer version of TRNBuild, then try
the simulation again.<br>
Kind regards,<br>

Hi,<br>
Thanks for answers. Just to understand the process, I tested
with a simple example:<br>
<br>
* 1 zone in the Type 56, I changed the input type for
occupant internal gains to "Input "<br>
* in type 155:<br>
o I read a fictive daily schedule which represents
the number of present per hour (attached file: profil.txt), then
I did a loop: for i=1:24 { trnoutputs(i)=y(i) } (I put "calling
mode = 10")<br>
* In simulation studio I connect the output from Type 155 to
the input for Type 56.<br>
* I print the type 155 outputs (attached file: Type25a.txt).The
file contains 24 values equal to 1 (the first is 0). These
values does not match to the given schedule.<br>
Could you help me to understand this result?<br>
Thanks,<br>
Sihem<br>
PS: As a reminder, I use stochastic models, in matlab to
calculate the annual states of occupants/hour. I need to use
this output as an input in trnsys for occupancy gains
calculation. <br>

<div>Dear Sihem,</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I have had the exact same scenario in the past
(stochastic occupancy from Type 155 for simulation in Type
56).</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Step 1: In TRNBUILD, for each building zone (or for all
zones), you change the input type for occupant internal
gains from "Constant" or "Schedule" to "Input". This assigns
a new input variable to the Type 56 component in TRNSYS.</div>
<div>Step 2: In Simulation Studio, connect the corresponding
output from Type 155 to the new input you created for Type
56.</div>
<div>Step 3: Repeat for all other required zones.</div>
