The simplest way to model a boiler is to use Type6 with an
efficiency of about 0.8. There is a somewhat preferable boiler model
in the TESS HVAC library. Its primary difference over Type6 is that
it allows for an efficiency that is dependent on the load on the
boiler.<br>
