Just to be entirely clear, the steps you should follow at that
point are:<br>
<br>
1. open TRNBuild<br>
2. select File: Import Trnsys3D file...<br>
3. click the arrow button in the field in the upper left of the
window and browse to find untitled.idf (click ok)<br>
4. click the radio button at the right hand side of the window to
indicate whether the building is in the northern or southern
hemisphere.<br>
5. click the button next to "import"<br>
<br>
when I try your file, I am able to import it. If you aren't, I would
recommend that you look at the permissions on your \Trnsys17
directory and make sure that you have administrator level access to
the entire directory. I wonder if there is a DLL being called that
won't run due to a file permissions problem.<br>
