The TRNSYS wall model is not a finite difference model but uses
response factors that are developed for the wall as a whole (ie the
combination of layers, not the layers individually). As a result,
the model does not compute interlayer temperatures within the wall.<br>

<div>Dear TRNSYS-User,<br>
</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>i have built a wall with concrete. i know trnsys calculates
the surface temperature of the inner wall to the zone and the
wall outside.<br>
</div>
<div>But what i also want to know are the temperatures inside
the wall at different points, so that i have a temperature
profile of the wall.<br>
</div>
<div>i tried to handle this problem by not building the wall
with one concrete layer but splitting up the one layer in many
small concrete layers<br>
</div>
<div>and between to layers i would know the boundary layer
temperature. But i can´t find out the boundary layer
temperature. Do trnsys have any ntyps <br>
</div>
<div>or functions to calculate temperatures of any point in the
wall?<br>
</div>
<div><br>

<div>Thank you for your help<br>
