Faustine,<br>
If you are using Trnsys17, it is highly recommended that you
change from using Type109 to using Type99. Type99 is the "user
format" mode from Type109. Type109's ability to read standard format
weather files (such as TMY2/Meteonorm) has been replaced by Type15.
<br>
<br>
Whether you are using Type109 in Trnsys16 or Type99 in Trnsys17,
there are a number of lines at the top of the data file being read
that dictate which column in the file contains which pieces of the
data. Look at the example data files:<br>
<br>
..\Trnsys16\Examples\Data Files\Type109-UserFormat.109<br>
..\Trnsys17\Examples\Data Files\Type99-UserFormat.99<br>
<br>
The line:<br>
<br>
<var> TAMB <col> 3 <interp> 2
<add> 0 <mult> 1 <samp> 0 !...to get
°C<br>
<br>
dicates that the ambient temperature data is in column 3, that it
should be interpolated, and that the values are already in °C (and
therefore do not need to be converted).<br>
<br>
Kind regards,<br>
