      There is a radiator panel component available in the TESS HVAC
    Library for Trnsys17 (Type1271). I would recommend that you use
    whichever model more accurately represents the situation in your
    building; if the walls have piping embedded in them then the active
    layer would be the more correct modeling methodology. If there are
    radiant panels mounted to the walls by standoffs, then I would lean
    towards using Type1271.<br>
