I'm not sure that it is unrealistic for the outlet temperature of
the PVT to be higher than the average plate temperature. The average
plate temperature in a standard solar collector is going to be
between the inlet and outlet air temperatures. In a PV/T system, the
convective energy exchange between the back of the plate and the air
channel might be so bad that the cell temperature gets higher than
the inlet or the outlet air temperature. Without looking at the
project, its hard to tell. I would recommend that you look at the
Type50 mathematical description and determine whether the cell
temperature is being used as the absorber plate temperature or
whether there is a difference between those two temperatures.<br>
