Fanfan,<br>
I am not aware of a way in TRNSYS to actually model the CO2
concentration in the space. Typically, I have assumed that CO2
concentration varies according to the occupancy of the space and I
vary the mechanical ventilation rate according to the fraction of
occupancy. This is, of course, a significant simplification. There
are some components in the TESS Applications Library that allow you
to set weekday, saturday, and sunday schedules using a
slider-plugin. You can also define a few Type14s (one for weekdays,
one for weekends, etc.) and then combine them using either an
equation or the forcing function sequencer (Type41). If you have a
very complex schedule, you can enter it into Excel as hourly values
then use a Type9 data reader to read the excel file.<br>
Kind regards,<br>

<div>Dear trnsys users,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I am try to use a PID Controller to modulate the indoor co2
concentration. According to input signal there will be easy to
output the control signal from the PID controller, however, co2
source concentration must be varied base on working time
schedule. How to input this proportion figure between the number
of people and 24 hours by using trnsys tpye? For TRNbuild
module, seems impossible to output value directly from schedule
setting, therefore, I try to use type 14 to add the number of
each hour. Unfortunately, it is difficult to integrate those
type14 to form a time figure. </div>
<div>Is there anyone have a experience on co2 base demand control,
please give me some suggestions. </div>
