Nomikos,
When you put two collectors in series, not only do you have to
change the "number in series" parameter, you also have to double the
"array area" parameter as it is asking for the total array area, not
the area of a single module. If you are comparing the performance of
two collectors in series versus two in parallel, you also have to
adjust the collector flow rate. A parallel configuration array will
have twice the flow rate of a series configuration array.
I have noticed that changing the first parameter of type 1b (or
other) flat plate collector, "number in series" nothing changes !
The outlet temperature and efficieny should change as the
mathematical reference manual suggests , but the simulation
doesnt!
Can someone help on this matter, do i miss something or it that
parameter just doesn't change something?
Sincere Thanks,
