There are a number of possible explanations: the gains in your
space could be assisting the space to warm up faster but then could
act to maintain the building at its higher temperature (causing it
to cool down more slowly). alternatively, perhaps your system is set
up so that it runs a pump with warm water through the floors to heat
up the space actively but then only shuts the pump off when it wants
the space to cool back down (ie active heating but passive cooling)
then that could cause the different time constant that you are
seeing. <br>
