Dr Rami,
I am not aware of any examples of coupling Type36 and Type56.
However, looking at the mathematical reference manual entry for
Type36, I think the best approximation that you are going to be able
to do is as follows:

Type36 makes the simplifying assumption that the inside surface
temperature of the wall is the same as the innermost node
temperature. It allows you to calculate the convection between that
node and the room temperature by asking you to specify the inside
heat transfer coefficient as an input. In TRNBuild, add a low
resistance "massless" BOUNDARY wall on the south side of your
building and select "userdefined: input" as the back side surface
temperature. Set the outside convection coefficient of that wall to
be 0.0001 (indicating direct contact). Also output the "inside
surface temperature" for that wall from Type56. In Type36, enter the
resistance of the wall for the "inside convection coefficient"
Type56's inside wall surface temperature becomes the room
temperature that you pass to Type36 and Type36 innermost node
temperature becomes the "outside surface temperature" that you pass
back to Type56.

I am not promising that this will work but I think it is worth a
try.
Best,
David
