I believe you are correct that Type541allows only for a heat exchanger
and not also for inlets and outlets to the tank itself. I am aware of
other ICS Types but they both model tubular style ICS systems. I
imagine that if you have a Fortran compiler, you could modify Type541
to account for liquid flow into and out of the storage tank itself.<br>

TRNSYS type
with the following characteristics: Rectangular tank with 1 heat
exchanger, 1
input, 1 output and tilted. As an ICS it should have one surface as an
absorber
and the other ones insulated.<span style=""> </span></span></p>

type 541, but if I understood with this one is not possible to have the
heat
exchanger and the input/output together.</span></p>
