The Performance Contracting Engineer (PCE) serves as the technical resource to
the sales and operations teams responsible for identifying and understanding
the energy and mechanical related problems within a customer's facility. The
PCE takes site evaluation information and develops comprehensive, cost-effective
technical solutions that increase the operational and energy efficiency of the
site.<br>

The successful candidate needs to be in front of the customer solving problems.
We are looking for a technical leader that is an effective communicator, and
someone that is outgoing and loves to work with people. This person is creative
in delivering quality solutions to the customer.<br>
<br>
<strong><b><font face="Trebuchet MS"><span style='font-family:"Trebuchet MS"'>Major
Duties and Responsibilities include:</span></font></b></strong><br>
1. Identifying and developing energy conservation measures at public and
private sector facilities.<br>
2. Composing and presenting comprehensive facility analysis reports.<br>
3. Determining energy baselines, developing measurement and verification
methodologies, calculating operations and ancillary savings.<br>
4. Generating financial reports supporting performance contracts and delivering
all materials in a timely manner to the Proposal Department.<br>
5. Experienced in commercial and industrial energy engineering, utility cost
analysis, facilities management, life cycle cost analysis, project development
and conservation program implementation.<br>
6. Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze and quantify energy consumption
and savings.<br>
7. Proficient in project management, estimating and document submittal
requirements.<br>
8. Good communication, presentation and computer skills.<br>
9. Responsible for participating in sales presentations, cultivating
relationships with customer's personnel and develops new opportunities within
customer accounts.<br>
10. Serves as a technical expert during the performance contracting sales process.
Provides guidance to proposal development team.<br>
11. Support lighting assessments, design and auditing.<br>
12. Support building automation/EMS/controls analysis and design.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

experience; program development, energy engineering and design engineering

Qualifications:</span></font></b></strong><br>
• Mechanical engineering experience preferred<br>
• Strong focus on technical team development, resource management,
business unit effectiveness and efficient business operations.<br>
• Strong background and knowledge of building system design, application
and operation.<br>

<strong><b><font face="Trebuchet MS"><span style='font-family:"Trebuchet MS"'>Professional
Credentials:</span></font></b></strong><br>
• Professional Engineer license (PE) or Engineer in training (EIT) with
the potential to obtain a PE within one year.<br>
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) a plus<br>
• AEE Certifications a plus<br>
• LEED Accredited Professional a plus<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
