I am really excited with the news by David regarding TRNSYS 17 with able<BR>
to use Google sketchup. I downloaded the free version of sketchup and<BR>
combined it with IES via their plugin. rooms automatically inputted into<BR>
IES and then we can follow IES to apply thermal templates and<BR>
construction templates...it is great to input geometry in sketchup as it<BR>
really save time for building geometry model.<BR>
<BR>
I hope TRNSYS do the similar. but I do hope we do not lose what TRNbuild<BR>
already bring to us like active walls,set up inputs... I mean I hope<BR>
sketchup only gives us geometry input then we can still use trnbuild to<BR>
apply thermal and construction database....<BR>
<BR>
I am looking forward to hearing anymore news of version 17.<BR>
