I have always used Silver Springs MD for Washington DC - I think it
is geographically farther away but more similar meteorologically. The
TMY3 data set has data for both Regan and Dulles airports; Type15 will
be able to read the TMY3 format with the release of TRNSYS 17 next
summer.<br>
