from TESS library. Type 655 reads a .dat file to input chiller performance. In
the example file, CAPACITY is first row and COP second row. In fact, in my
simulations I find that first row is considered as COP into type 655 and second
row is considered as CAPACITY. Is it correct behaviour ?<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
