model with a TYPE 51b (user supplied coefficients) cooling tower model
coupled to a TYPE 56 building. For one of the building constructions the
internal loads very high and requires cooling in the winter when
the outdoor air temperature is about 40 F. Under such circumstances the chiller

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> The mass
transfer exponent and constant are set to 5 and -0.35 respectively.
The sump is turned off by setting it to -1 and the model is set to run on fan
power.</FONT></DIV>
