The deadline for submitting manuscripts has been extended to March 7

accommodate those authors that were unable to meet the original
deadline<br>
of February 15.<br>

To take advantage of this extension you MUST login to<br>

intention to submit by March 7. Note that your paper will be<br>
automatically withdrawn from the conference on February 25 if you do
not<br>
login and indicate your election for the extension.<br>

If you plan to withdraw your paper then please login to<br>

http://ibpsa.ca/bs2005/authors.asp</a> and select the
"withdraw" link at your<br>
earliest convenience. This will expedite planning of the paper
review<br>

</b>1) IBPSA will grant up to five travel awards for students
presenting<br>
papers at BS 2005. Each award may be up to 1 000$US. See<br>
