Prof Yoon,

  I have had this happen a few times and have never found a very elegant 
solution other than reinstalling the TESS Libraries. I think the problem 
has to do with some system files used by the plugin that get coopted by 
other system resources. Reinstalling seems to reassociate those files 
with the plugin again.
