[TRNSYS-users] Coding infiltrations in FORTRAN

José Javier,

I would suggest referring to the 07-Programmer's Guide manual. It
covers how to write new Types. If you are using Trnsys18 you'll use a
tool called the TypeStudio, which provides a built-in fortran compiler.
If you are using an earlier Trnsys version then you'll need a 3rd party
fortran compiler.

As a side note, you might look through existing components before
writing your own Type for infiltration as there are a few that already
exist. Have a look at Types 75, and 149 in the standard library or at
Types 571, 960, and 932 in the TESS Utility library. You can also use
either TRNFlow or CONTAM (Type97).

kind regards,

  David
