[TRNSYS-users] Type 15-3 doesn't work

I am using version 17.02.005. issue 2012.My colleague is using version 18, while I am still using version 17.the following below is the error message:

As we ask all users, can you please be a bit more specific with your issue.  What version of 17 is it not working?  What’s the issue?  Fails to read?  Wrong radiation?  Weird results?
One other quick question.  If you have version 18 and it’s working there, why wouldn’t you just use that version?
